Identity, Vision, Mission, Core Values

ALDE serves nearly 1000 members from the United States and Canada . These members serve in the areas of fundraising, public relations, marketing, communications, or as CEOs. They serve diverse organizations such as colleges and universities, social ministry organizations, elementary and high schools, camping and outdoor ministries, congregations, and Lutheran foundations, seminaries, and judicatories. ALDE provides education and training for its members as well as advances the profession of resource development through certification programs and publications.

Identity
The Association of Lutheran Development Executives is an international organization of fundraising and communication professionals which is rooted in the Lutheran tradition of the Christian faith and dedicated to serving God's people in the church and the world.
