ALDE Heartland Chapter
FREE Ethical Leadership Workshop
8:30 a.m. March 13
ALDE's Heartland Chapter members are invited to attend ...without charge ... a workshop on ethical leadership that Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is offering at Carol Joy Holling Center on March 13. Pastor Lowell Nelson of Immanuel Lutheran in Bellevue (and formerly CEO of Immanuel Medical Center) will lead the program, "I Am Ethical, Why Aren't You?"
The group will take a look at four different ethical frameworks: Rules, Values, Situational and Strategic. You will see how teams who work together can develop a well-rounded ethic that increases teamwork and personal fulfillment in the pursuit of ethical decision-making at work, home and church.
