WHAT IS ELEA, AND WHY SHOULD I ATTEND THIS EVENT?
The Evangelical Lutheran Education Association is your doorway to quality training and resources to support your early childhood, elementary or secondary weekday education centers and schools. Once a year, administrators and pastors gather together to network and learn to achieve the highest quality programming possible. For the second straight year, ELEA will be cohosting its National School Administrator and Pastor Conference with ALDE. But you don’t have to be an ALDE or ELEA member to attend!

ALDE is an international community of fundraising and communication professionals that is rooted in the Christian faith and dedicated to serving God's people in the church and the world as it inspires, connects and equips Christians for excellence in philanthropy. ALDE has a reputation for high-quality education, networking and support, and church/school professionals can learn a lot from them. ELEA had a great experience last year, and that’s why the ELEA/ALDE Conference Within a Conference is again being held alongside the ALDE International Educational Conference (IEC).
