Please review carefully the following information concerning deadlines. In order to ensure your conference and advertising presence, supply ALDE with the following items by the dates indicated below.
Please note, the deadline for most advertising is December 1, 2009.

Logos:
Exhibitors and Sponsors: Print-ready logos must be grayscale in .eps, .jpg or .tif format with resolution of at least 300 pixels.
Web logos must be 4/color .jpg or .gif files. Logo files should be 150 to 200 pixels wide.

Sponsors (in addition): Print ready logos must be CMYK in .eps, .jpg or .tif format with resolution of at least 300 pixels. Email to staff@alde.org.

Organization Descriptions
Organization descriptions must be 50 words or fewer and describe the products or services the organization has to offer the attendees of the 31st international educational conference. Email to staff@alde.org

Shipping Other Materials:
If you need to send other materials for use at the conference, you’re responsible for arranging your own shipping. Items may be shipped directly to the hotel or arranged through the show decorator. Items cannot be received by the hotel earlier than February 15, 2010. |
Payment is due in full 30 days from receipt of invoice. Sponsorship opportunities are offered at the sole discretion of ALDE. All sponsorships are conditioned on timely receipt of ad copy or other materials in an acceptable format. Late or unusable materials may be omitted without refund, or corrected at an additional charge, at ALDE’s sole discretion. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
