AUGUST 2008 August 1 Deadline for early bird registration. Deadline for Membership Directory ad copy. August 8 Formal assignment of booth space begins.	OCTOBER 2008 October 1 Deadline to cancel partner contract and receive full refund less $100 administrative fee.	NOVEMBER 2008 November 10 Deadline for December ALDE Insights ad copy. Deadline for December ALDE Insights sponsorship articles.
DECEMBER 2008 December 11 Deadline for organization descripton to be used in Conference Program Book. Deadline to submit logos. Deadline for Conference Program Book ad copy. December 15 Deadline to submit speaker introduction requests. Deadline to cancel partner contract and receive 50% refund; after December 15 no refunds shall be issued.	JANUARY 2009 January 19 Release of attendance email list to exhibitors. January 23 Deadline for complimentry registration name submission. Deadline to reserve hotel rooms as part of the conference block.	FEBRUARY 2009 February 18 Deadline for Packet Inserts and Packet Give-a-ways arrival at hotel. February 23 Exhibit set up at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Lunch and reception in exhibit area. February 25 Exhibits move out 10 a.m.
