Conference Team Description:
The Conference Team provides oversight of the International Educational Conference for ALDE, with historical perspective, general oversight and assistance to specific conferences.
Responsibilities:
1. Review potential sites and recommend to board for final approval
2. Review and recommend to board any conference related policies.
The committee will meet as necessary throughout the year, in person and by conference call convened by the Conference Chairperson. Minutes of the meetings will be recorded by one of the members and submitted to the Chairperson, Executive Director and the Executive Committee. Reports will be submitted to the Board and the Conference Chairperson serves as part of the Conference Team. The Conference Chairperson becomes the Conference Team Leader the year following the conference.
