For those planning to sit soon for the CFRE Exam, those beginning the CFRE process or for those new to the development profession who are seeking a good overview:

Plan Now to Participate in the 2013 ALDE CFRE Study Days, set to take place 10 a.m.-3 p.m. CT Sept. 12 &19 (the sessions are different on each day, so you’ll want to attend both) for:

7 total hours of webinar format presentation led by CFREs with years of knowledge, and experience giving educational presentations.  The 7 hours will be divided into 5 sessions, based on the CFRE domains:

• Current & Prospective Donor Research

• Securing the Gift & Relationship Building

• Management & Accountability

• Volunteerism

• Marketing/Communications

Very Reasonable Cost: $125 per person (some study sessions charge over $400 each)

Forming a chapter or local study group is highly recommended as doing so will be conducive to on-site discussion and networking.  Start now to make plans with colleagues — they don’t have to be ALDE members, all are welcome.
