Why get involved?	You have experienced the benefits of your ALDE membership.
How to get involved?	Submit the names of development professionals you know who could benefit from an ALDE membership or who could be an asset to ALDE as part of the organization.
Benefits of being involved:	ALDE grows, which brings more talent, more ideas, more networking opportunities, and more Christian fellowship to the ogranization.
Rewards of being involved:	You will receive a $50 credit toward the next ALDE conference when your referral joins ALDE. Your credit is only good for the conference immediately following when your referral joins ALDE. You will receive credit if your referral joins ALDE within one year of your submitting his/her name.
How to get started:	Submit your referral names.
What happens next?	The ALDE staff will send a prospect packet to your referral with a letter saaying you wanted them to learn more about ALDE. The name of your referral will be sent to the Chapter President, the Chapter Membership Coordinator, and the Recruitment Task Force of the Membership Team for follow-up.
Two ways to use your rewards:	Individual credit: if you choose to submit a referrral for individual credit and yoru referral joins ALDE within 12 months of you submitting his/her name, you will receive a $50 creidt toward the next International Education Conference. Chapter credit: if you choose to submit a referral for chapter credit, when five referrals from your chapter's submissions join ALDE within 12 months of being submitted, your chapter will receive a scholarship to award for the next International Education Conference.
