Association of Lutheran Development Executives 2006 Compensation Survey Executive Summary
		Executives in nonprofit organizations will find the 2006 Compensation Survey of ALDE a useful tool for evaluating their own organization’s compensation package. This 46 page report was undertaken as part of ALDE's ongoing initiiative of examining trends related to salary and benefits of its members. The study seeks to re-examine the status of compensation afforded resource development professionals along with benefits and other general employment conditions.
