Heartland 2020 Zoom

Charitable Impact of the Secure Act and Cares Act in 2020 and Beyond

The Heartland Chapter is offering a webinar to all ALDE members featuring Stacey Hall, LCMS Foundation Staff Attorney and self proclaimed tax geek.

Recent legislation changes have provided special opportunities for donors in 2020. This technical (but far from boring) presentation will discuss significant changes to the fundraising arena due to two recent pieces of legislation – the Secure Act and the Cares Act. Learn about the new rules with a focus on charitable gift planning opportunities that are available only in 2020, and those that will continue beyond year-end.

This session has been approved for 1.0 CFRE Continuing Education point on your application for initial certification and/or recertification. Download the CE Points Tracker form.

RSVP Today - While there is no fee to attend this Webinar, the Heartland Chapter encourages all attendees to consider a gift of $25 or more to the ALDE annual fund.
