Dave FuerstDavid Fuerst is the Associate Vice President of Global Relationships and Resources for Corus International, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. He leads a team of donor advisors located throughout the U.S. who engage individuals and congregations with the highest capacity to support Corus's work around the world. He has over 25 years of experience in development and fundraising work for Lutheran causes, and has attained the Certified Fundraising Executive credential. Fuerst’s interest in international development started early, when in 1st grade he participated in his first Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty (CROP) Hunger walk, which raises money to fight hunger worldwide. He previously served as a Vice President/Foundation at Tabitha Health Care Services in Lincoln, Nebraska, and was a Regional Gift Planner for the ELCA Foundation, as well as the President of Lutheran Planned Giving Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in social services administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue,

He has volunteered in many capacities for his local congregation, campus ministry, and professional organizations. He is currently the Board President of ALDE.

Frances Roen, CFRE, is a Georgia girl at heart, and is always on the lookout for a perfectly fried piece of chicken. Frances has nearly 20 years of fundraising experience, having held development positions at The Bakken Museum, Augustana Care Corporation, and YouthLink, where she was responsible for raising over $30 million in philanthropic giving.

In 2019, Frances founded Fundraising Sol in an effort to help nonprofit professionals nourish their sols (sic) through the joy, connection, and community that a healthy fundraising program can provide. Fundraising Sol operates on the core belief that the health of your team is inextricably linked to the health of your nonprofit. Frances holds degrees from the University of Georgia and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is a CFRE.
