Who could have anticipated all the big decisions you’ve been making lately? The sand feels like it’s constantly shifting beneath your feet. Chances are, few of the major choices you’ve made in recent months were informed by your organization’s now largely irrelevant strategic plan.

Learning how to make real-time strategic choices is now key to your organization’s survival.

Whether you lead from the top, middle or front-lines of your organization, continuous adaptive planning is the new normal. Brenda Moore will introduce us to the Strategic Choices process and give us a planning framework that can be used organizationally or even personally. Breakout discussions led by seasoned professionals will give you the chance to gather knowledge, test your ideas and find support from your peers.

Speaker Bio

Brenda Moore, CFRE, helps ministry leaders reach their fundraising goals so they can do more of what matters most. Brenda brings 37 years of experience, enthusiasm, and empathy to her role as a consultant and coach. She equips her clients with the competence, capacity, and confidence they need to help people of faith express their deepest joy through generosity. She previously served as Vice President for Advancement at Gustavus Adolphus College and Gift Planner for Lutheran Planned Giving in Minneapolis/Saint Paul. She is a past President of ALDE, and a recipient of its Virgil Anderson Award.
